"Working with Blake one on one is an integrated therapy on a wonderfully deep level. While this breath work can be done alone, having Blake as a guide to help me make sense of my emotions as they bubble up during the breath work is invaluable. Communicating what I feel as I breathe allows Blake to mold the breath session as it takes place, specifically tailoring every aspect of it to my needs in the moment. During a private appointment, Blake also takes the time to speak with you prior to and after the breath session. This not only aids in setting intentions, but it also fosters the process of understanding emotions, truth, and one's personal path at a core level."
