This training is for anyone leading others through transformational processes—breathwork, ritual, somatics, healing, creative work, or group facilitation. We explore trauma awareness, nervous system literacy, and the relational depth needed to lead without overriding your own body.

Rooted in mentorship, this container is experiential, emergent, and deeply personal.
It’s not about performance—it’s about resonance.
